DIGITAL PRODUCTS
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your purchase is completed and the files are downloaded or accessible, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We encourage you to carefully read the listing description and preview images before purchasing to ensure our style matches your needs.
Tips for a Smooth Purchase
- Ensure your device and software can open PDF or image files.
- Check your spam or downloads folder if you do not see the download link.
- Contact us immediately if you need assistance opening your files.
2. Exchanges / Replacements / Exceptions
Digital products are instantly downloadable and/or delivered electronically. Because of this:
- We cannot verify that a returned product has not been duplicated or used.
- The files are intangible and cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
However, we understand that issues may arise; therefore, refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- The download file is corrupted or incomplete.
- You purchased the wrong file due to a technical error on our end.
- You experience difficulty accessing your download after multiple attempts.
If you experience any technical issues with your download (corrupted files, missing pages, or inaccessible files), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

We will gladly send you a replacement file or help troubleshoot the issue.
3. Usage & Copyright
- Our printables are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
- You may print as many copies as you like for personal use, classroom use, or gifts.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the designs as your own.
4. Additional Information
- Please ensure your device can open the file formats provided (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) before purchasing.
- You are responsible for checking that your software is compatible with the downloadable files.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
1. Physical Products Are Refundable
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Exchanges / Replacements / Exceptions
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace them with a similar one if they are defective or damaged. Our items are one-of-a-kind; therefore, we cannot exchange them for the same exact item. If you still want a replacement, email us at thecraftingteacher.com or the craftingteachershop@gmail.com to receive shipping instructions.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
